2nd Nov 2013 : Well all is l can say is about time, the weather was finally on my side. Week two into my training program called for a 2.5hr hilly trail run .Welcome back to the Dandenong's. Today was special as Colin joined me for the run. I pulled up well and really enjoyed the freedom of no pressure, well only a little bit self imposed. Covered 22.5k.  With  1000 metres of ascends and same descends.
