- Monday AM – Run PM Altitude Training
- Tuesday AM – Weights & Stretches PM Altitude
- Wednesday AM Run PM Rest & coffee with Sandy
- Thursday AM Light run at GYM PM Altitude
- Friday AM Pilates with Paul
- Saturday Trail run with back pack
- Sunday Bush walk with back pack
Well that was the training week. Less than 3 weeks to Africa then up to Kilimanjaro.
